In the third quarter of 2024, the Middle East saw interesting trends in the performance of top trivia games on the Android platform. Using data from Sensor Tower, we explore the weekly downloads, revenue, and active user trends for the leading apps in this category.

Kahoot! Play & Create Quizzes showed a dynamic performance throughout the quarter. Weekly downloads increased steadily, peaking at nearly 5K by the end of September. Revenue fluctuated but reached over $1K in early September. Active users also grew, starting at about 19K and ending the quarter with approximately 22K.

QuizDuel! Quiz & Trivia Game maintained a consistent pattern, with revenue hovering around $300 throughout the quarter. Downloads remained relatively low, with a slight decrease from about 100 in July to 75 by the end of September. Active users remained stable, averaging around 1.7K each week.

Elevate - Brain Training Games experienced varied trends in Q3. Downloads increased, reaching over 700 in early September before slightly declining. Revenue saw a peak of $695 at the start of July, with fluctuations throughout the quarter. Active users peaked at nearly 2K in early September, before a slight drop towards the end of the quarter.

Jawabak Jawabahom faced a gradual decline in downloads, starting from over 16K in early July to approximately 1.2K by the end of September. Revenue showed minor fluctuations, with a peak of $308 in late August. Despite the decline in downloads, active users remained relatively high, starting at over 41K and ending the quarter with about 23K.

GeoGuessr had a steady pattern, with downloads starting at around 800 and decreasing to 321 by the end of September. Revenue peaked at $289 in late July, and active users showed a downward trend, starting at about 1.5K and ending with around 760.
